Brief: Converted the existing holiday house into a home maximising orientation to fantastic lake views, with a functional layout on the first floor. Ground floor refurb for guests studio feel and ensuite. Focus on colour scheme to reflect location, existing colours in fireplace and cultural heritage of the client.

Brief: A challenging project as the property has a Heritage Overlay and a three story block of flats on the neighbouring long north boundary. Retained the existing refurbished cottage at the front of the property and added office, kitchen, dining and living areas.
